Rt. Hon. Dr. Nelly B.K. Mutti, SC, MP, FAPRA - Founder and Chairperson Rt. Hon. Dr. Nelly B.K. Mutti is a distinguished legal practitioner, public servant, and advocate for social justice and community development in Zambia. She currently serves as the Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, where she plays a critical role in strengthening democratic governance and legislative oversight. Driven by a deep commitment to improving the welfare of vulnerable populations, Dr. Mutti established the Nelly Mutti Foundation to support communities facing economic hardship and social exclusion. Through the Foundation, she has championed initiatives aimed at: • Supporting vulnerable mothers and families • Promoting women’s empowerment • Expanding access to essential services such as clean water • Encouraging academic excellence among young people Her vision for the Foundation is to build inclusive communities where individuals particularly women, children, and disadvantaged households have the opportunity to live with dignity and access opportunities for development.
