Rt. Hon. Dr. Nelly B.K. Mutti is a distinguished legal practitioner, public servant, and passionate advocate for social justice and community development in Zambia. She currently serves as the Speaker of the National Assembly of Zambia, where she plays a pivotal role in strengthening democratic governance, promoting legislative oversight, and advancing national development.
